It has a total area of 120,000 m2 and a floor area of 70,000 m2. “Huafeng Longcell” has inherited the fruit borne from ten years of technological efforts unremittingly dedicated by its own independent R & D entity “Nufiber Tech” and possessed more than 30 exclusive patents. Nowadays, there are 5 R & D staffs in position. Equipped with 2 sets of Dissolving, 2 sets of Pulverizer, 2 sets of Mixer, 4 sets of Filter and 42 sets of Spinner, “Huafeng Longcell” will commit itself to manufacturing and sales & promotion of lyocell filament as well as subsequent customer services in efforts to meet the strong demands for high-end fabrics of global leading consumers who advocate environmental protection. “Longcell”, the brand of “Huafeng Longcell’s lyocell filament made its first global debut in the Yarn Expo Autumn 2017. The R & D team of “Huafeng Longcell” enabled independent design and development of manufacturing processes and equipment —an unprecedented breakthrough in the domestic industry— by overcoming technological issues and barriers. In 2021, “Huafeng Longcell” finished the world's first 2000-ton production line, which successfully passed the commissioning and trial production, and it is expected to achieve a annual sales revenue of more than 100 million yuan in the future. “Huafeng Longcell” has been certified by ISO9001, ISO45001 and FSC. The product has passed the verification and authorization of OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 from the Swiss Textile Verification Company.
