Founded in 1982, CRJ Confection Ras Jebel is a Tunisian company based in Ras Jebel and specializing in the manufacture of quality denim and sportswear. Today, it is a major textile company in the Mediterranean basin, working with many international customers.
For 40 years, CRJ has been following the evolution of technical and technological innovations to respond to customers' needs in the best possible way and to provides high quality products and fast deliveries.
Thanks to its 4 departments: R&D and Sourcing; Logistics, Purchasing & Control; Cutting & Sewing; Washing, Dyeing & Finishing, spread over the 1,200m² of its factory, CRJ oversees all the following services:

Sustainability and social responsibility are also strong values at CRJ. For several years now, the company has been working to introduce a range of measures to respect the environment and the well-being of its employees.
On the sustainability side, CRJ is constantly innovating to reduce its impact on the environment. The company is working in the following three fields in particular: Water management by reducing its water consumption, Energy management, Chemical management with the use of more sustainable products.
In terms of social responsibility, CRJ ensures a safe and healthy working environment for its employees. Employee training and inclusive and equity recruitment are also crucial topics for CRJ.
