Haelixa offers an innovative technology based on DNA to mark, trace and authenticate textile products. We provide a solution for three main challenges of today's textile industry: the ability to proof product origin, the need to create more transparent supply chains and support sustainability claims with reliable data. We provide a forensic proof for the origin, authenticity and integrity of products by assigning a unique DNA marker to a specific supplier, production lot, brand or retailer. The marker is harmless for humans and the environment, OekoTex 100 and GOTS compliant and does not affect the properties of the product. It is yet robust enough to withstand all industrial processing. The Haelixa solution for natural and synthetic textile fibers can easily be integrated into existing automated production processes. The read out can be done with the final product or any intermediate product with a simple test. And the results of the test can be uploaded into existing ERP or blockchain solutions.
